Returns

 Your satisfaction is very important to us. We permit a return for a store credit made within seven (7) days of receiving your item, or up to 21 days after purchase date. Here are our guidelines:

• Item(s) must be returned with original tags attached, unaltered, unworn, unwashed and undamaged (please note: we inspect each item before we ship it out. However, if any products arrive damaged, please notify us within 7 days of receiving it. Items must be unworn and unwashed)
• Any item that shows signs of wear/damage/alteration, including stains, makeup, deodorant, perfume or smoke smells will not be eligible for a refund
• LOCAL ORDER PICKUPS AND ORDERS MADE DURING A TRY ON APPOINTMENT: You have 7 days from the time of order to make a return. You must follow all steps below to initiate a return. Requests for returns made by any other method will not be honored. 

• You will be responsible to pay for the shipping costs to return your item(s)
• No returns 21 days after purchase date
• No returns on clearance/sale items, or merchandise we are no longer stocking
• Returns on pickup orders can be dropped in Kinistino upon request
• Please be sure the merchandise fits the above return criteria before shipping it back to us

Of course, this excludes final sale items that are not eligible for exchange or return

Return Procedure

• Please email a return request to ladiesandlavender@gmail.com including your order number and reason for return before shipping item(s) back to us.
• Once we receive your request and it is approved, you will have seven (7) days to send the item(s) back to us at your own expense. Please provide us with the tracking number once you ship the item(s).
• Once we receive your item(s), we will issue you a store credit for the full amount you paid, which you will receive to your email.

Exchanges

Due to constant changes in stock, we cannot offer exchanges for a different size. We recommend you email us and start a return process as listed above and purchase the size you need immediately to guarantee availability.

Return Shipping

Shipping costs are non-refundable. We will only issue a refund for the merchandise purchase price. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item to us.

The only exception is if the return is as a result of our error (incorrect or defective item). If this is the case, we will also refund the cost of shipping.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your product to reach you, may vary.

 If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Orders Cancellation

While order cancellations are possible before the products are shipped, a restocking fee of 15% of the order total will be charged. Please email us promptly at ladiesandlavender@gmail.com for any order cancellation requests.
