- All items sold on our website are in-stock in our store in Kinistino SK. We do not sell pre-order items, but we are happy to hear suggestions of products you would like to purchase from us in the future!
- If any item you order is inadvertently out of stock, we will contact you with the estimated restocking date. The choice will be yours to wait for the item or to get a full refund for your order.
- If you have questions about our website or your order please send all inquires to ladiesandlavender@gmail.com
- Questions sent to our social media accounts may not been seen by us or can sometimes be hidden by the app without our knowledge.
Gift Cards
We now offer gift cards! Simply enter your gift card code at checkout.
Note that gift cards are non-refundable, but do not expire.

- We will ship your order between 1-3 business days after it is received, unless otherwise stated.

Pickup Orders in Kinistino SK & Fitting Appointments
- If you live close by, we also give you the option to pick up your order directly from us in Kinistino free of charge.
- Pickup available upon request
- If you pickup your order and wish to return it, returns can only be dropped off on request
1: We do not have a physical store location and are a mainly online based business, however we want to accommodate local orders as much as we can.
2: All requests for fittings and pick ups should be done to our business email ladiesandlavender@gmail.com. Requests made to us by phone, text, instagram or facebook messages may not be seen or responded to in a prompt manner.
3: We are not set up for large groups of people to come and try on our clothing but we want to accommodate you as much as we possibly can! If you would like to to try on any of our items please email ladiesandlavender@gmail.com to schedule an appointment to come try on.
4: We want to accommodate you the very best we can!
5: We will not schedule pickups or try on appointments on Sundays
